  Bank Manager told me that I need to schedule an appointment. I'm busy through the week, but he offered Saturday. I accepted. Turns out my time was wasted as it was already fully booked Saturday. Clearly they don't want your business. Go somewhere that does want it.

  This is the worst chase I’ve been too. I had a simple inquiry that I wanted done and it took at least 3 people to help. And also the associates at this store are very rude! The chase that I normally go to is 20 miles away but I would rather go to that location than to be treated unfairly. I’ve been a chase customer for a while and they made me feel like maybe another bank deserves my service. Also they wasn’t able to fix my inquiry that I came in there with. Also one of the associates ask if I even had an account at chase. I was astonished by their terrible customer service.

  ATM at the drive thru is not working for cash most of the time. What good is a drive thru ATM if it doesn't work with cash. If I need to check my balance I can use the app.

  If being nice and giving them a 2 when they really deserved a 1. The only bank that you have to make an APPOINTMENT TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. I’ve NEVER heard that in my life. You come to your appointment 15 min early and they have you waiting for almost 30 min after the time of your appointment. You have 3 people seating behind the counter seating down steaming at the computer doing NOTHING. VERY DISAPPOINTMENT OF THIS BANK.

  Terrible service 2nd debit card hacked and they were unavailable by phone and after 20 minute wait in drive thru referred me to the unavailable 800#. Branch not answering phones at all. Have accounts in multiple banks this has handle Covid the worst.

  Highly disappointed with Chase. I opened a checking account and arranged for deposits and payments and then they closed it. No one knows why, the branch won't even return my call. I have to take a letter in to the branch and hope they can explain this away. Really? I don't have time to go running off for explanations, I actually have a life.

  Charged $8 to cash a check that's drawn on this bank, for what?! Was my transaction any more difficult than anyone else's? No, actually, my wait time was less than those in front of me. You asked "Why don't you bank or do business with Chase, we offer credit cards and mortgages too"... THIS is why I don't bank with Chase Bank... you're a greedy company, always has been and apparently only getting worse. SHAME ON YOU!

  I was there to open an accont. The lady told me they over booked for weeks. Went a different bank done in 10min

  Awful customer service. Completley was judged on appearance. Try to come in as a walk in to open an account they said they were to busy took my name and phone number. She then suggested for me to do it online. If i wanted to do it online why would I have came in to open an account.

  I like this Chase location. Very convenient for all the stores I shop and fill up my tank.
