  I got my wife’s engagement ring and wedding ring 17 years ago and it is as beautiful as ever! I take it in quarterly and the guys clean it free of charge every time keeping it beautiful. I recommend More Than Diamonds to anyone wanting a ring that stands the test of time!! Also, you won’t see your wife’s ring on anyone else’s hand like you do with other jewelers selection! Love these guys!

  I had such a wonderful experience at More Than Diamonds! I brought a sterling silver opal necklace and earring set in that needed to be cleaned / restored. Keith was extremely helpful and gave me a very fair price and time window for the cleaning. My jewelry now looks good as new! Thanks so much for the fantastic service, Keith! I will definitely be back with any of my jewelry needs.

  I came to More Than Diamonds to have my engagement ring resized. I had been to another store and they did not size my ring correctly, so naturally I was in a panic. Keith was on the ball from the start to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. He had my ring ready the next day, and it was perfect! He made me feel valued as a customer, and was kind and understanding throughout the whole process. I highly recommend More Than Diamonds and I will be back for future jeweler needs!

  I've contemplated posting this review for More Than Diamonds, because in no way do I want to deter customers, but I would like to share my experience with this company and hopefully save someone else the headache we experienced. My fiance purchased my engagement ring from this business. He told the owner that he wanted a diamond without any imperfections visible to the human eye. The owner (Keith) ordered in diamonds and encouraged my fiance to purchase one of the stones in particular. He told my fiance that there were NO visible imperfections to the human eye in this particular diamond. After the engagement, I was admiring my new ring and noticed an extremely large black line through the diamond. Out of panic, I showed it to my fiance because I was so scared I had already chipped it!! We showed it to more and more people and everyone started seeing it. Then as I studied the diamond more and more, not one, not two, not three, but five very visible imperfections were spotted throughout the diamond. When looking at the diamond closely it looked like I had pepper all throughout the ring. We took it back to Keith to have him look at it and he confirmed the imperfections. I asked him about what he said to my fiance regarding there not being any imperfections and he denied ever saying that. We tried to amicably work things out, but I eventually couldn't handle how we were treated and just "sold" the diamond back to him. All in all we lost close to $700. I even had my father-in-law come with me to talk with Keith (since my fiance wasn't able to come that day) and we were treated with such disregard and treated as if the whole situation was a joke to him. For example, he pulled out a diamond he had in the show case and said something similar to "Find the imperfections in this stone..." I couldn't see any, so I said "I don't see any imperfections in this one...are there any?" With a patronizing attitude he said "I don't know...if you're so good at spotting imperfections you tell me.” I could list a dozen comments like this, but I'll end in here. The fact that the diamond had imperfections is not the reason for this review, but the way we were treated. With all this being said, the gentlemen (Billy) who built my ring did an amazing job!!!! So while our experience with Keith and the diamond was an absolute NIGHTMARE, we appreciated Billy.

  I have shopped at More Than Diamonds many times over the years. If you want to get the most out of your budget, do yourself a favor and stop by and speak to Keith. 25+ years in the jewelry business, plus an onsite jeweler to repair or resize your pieces. This is something the big chains don't even offer. Thank you, Keith and staff, for always knocking it out of the park for my family and me. AAAAAAAA++++++++

  More Than Diamonds - truly an A-Z establishment! I had several pieces of diamond jewelry and a loose Tanzanite stone locked away in a safe deposit box and decided it was time to start enjoying and wearing it. Took the items to More Than Diamonds, Keith (the owner who will immediately put you at ease) and Mason (Master jeweler) designed a one-of-a kind custom setting that ticked all the boxes and beyond. When I picked up the ring it was even more beautiful than I imagined from the drawings...Amazing; Breathtaking; Captivating...Zazzy! I can't recommend More Than Diamonds more highly - they exceeding my wildest dreams on a ring that takes my breath away every time I look at it. Can't wait to use them on another creation, definitely my jeweler for life. Wish it were possible to give more than 5-stars ⭐
