      This is the worst bank ever in existence This Banks database is going down almost every other week. A couple of weeks ago I tried calling this Bank on the telephone Before going over there. And they wouldn't even answer the telephone Not good ! Yesterday I tried to cash my paycheck at this Bank. They told me that they were not able to cash the check Even though the name of their back is clearly written on the check. Seems to me that there database Must have a virus Not good!!! They told me That they could not tell me why they could not cash the check. Even though it is their check. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this bank. Obviously their IT department is not on the ball Not good! Anyone who has any money in this bank is in danger of losing every penny they have because of the condition of their database Which is extremely unstable. Now I'm going to have to take this check back to my company that I work for and have it canceled and have them write me another one Thanks for ruining my weekend SunTrust You people and your bank is incompetent. I will never set foot in this bank again for any reason.My rating on this sorry bank is minis1000 Stars.

      Trying to resolve a charge that was not authorized for $575 from IHG (Holiday inn) was like talking to kids in Junior High School. They claimed they had no way to contact the merchant but will allow a merchant to take money out of my account. I've been a Holiday Inn Member for 24 years but hadn't stayed at one for 13 months. Penny refused to call them so I proceeded to handle it. After 1 hour and 13 minutes, they discovered it was billed in error and issued a refund. I attempted to speak to Penny to let her know that it was resolved, but she refused to take my call because I hung up on her earlier. I tried to explain to Lindsey, who is the Bank Manager, that I did not hang up but had to put Penny on hold while she had me on hold as I had an incoming call from Holiday Inn. I tried to explain to Lindsey there is a difference but she didn't comprehend it either. I tried to use my card later that evening and they have closed it. Since this pathetic branch closes at 4pm (I'll never understand their hours of 9-4 and closed on Saturday), I called the Customer Service number. They claim that can't re-open the Card and a new one was never processed. This is a pathetic customer service. I have been on hold waiting for a a Supervisor for over 10 hours, not a typo, 10 hours. No wonder Banks are having to close branches.

      I made my deposit by 4:15 pm on Friday 11/24. It was in pending that evening. The next day it not only was NOT available but it was COMPLETELY LOST!!! Of course, it being the weekend nothing could be done till that Monday!! I am absolutely LIVID as this is not the only time I've had problems with this branch 😡😡😡😡😡!!! I will avoid this branch at all costs now because I can no longer trust they are doing their job correctly!!!

      The bank is set up well. Atm in drive thru is mandatory these years as mobil banking is the way of the present and future. Walk up atms are as antique as pay phones and cigarettes. Lets put them in all your drive thrus. As for other reviewers. Your problems seem to stem from a lack of your own available monies. That is not the banks fault. Work more, spend less. Have more funds available. So you dont get yourself into a jam.

      Absolute worst bank in existence. If you do not qualify for their financial services, they treat you like you are nothing, and try to get every penny from your account as they can possibly get away with. If I could give it to 0 Stars, I would.

      The people are so nice that work here, but the bank is SO DUMB! They make up fines for whatever reason and leave your money "pending" as long as they like! I'm leaving this bank as soon as I can!
