  I went this morning to this bank to cash a check, I’m not a costumer in that bank. But my surprise was that the person who assist me she wasn’t not even close to friendly. A smile or at least say hi. Just look at me and was polite with and say good morning. Otherwise she wouldn’t speak a word. She didn’t even ask how I wanted my cash. Speechless!! I was thinking to open an account in there, but with I saw this morning. I don’t think so. Not first time this happened. Hope they improve their staff. Bad impression..

  I've been with SunTrust for a year now and I have always gotten exceptional service. Today's trip was no different. Jason Rodriguez was the associate who helped me. He listened to my needs and created two new accounts. During the whole process he made conversation with me and was friendly. I was in and out within 25 minutes. I called later asking for some information about one of my accounts. Jason answered and remembered from our earlier meeting the details of that account, saving me even more time. Since I've had similar experiences in the past with SunTrust, it's clear that they prioritize customer service. I highly recommend SunTrust.

  Nicky has been so fabulous. Opened an account for my minor daughter in 2017 and transitioned to “adult” in 2019. Every single time, she is professional! She is friendly! She does a great job!

  There never seems to be enough people working at one time. Every time i have gone in to this location the tellers have been so rude and slow like they don't know how to do the job.

  Very poor customer service and efficiency. You are guarantee to wait atleast 15mins to complete simple transactions.

  I just closed my account at suntrust. The employees there at this branch on Edward Ferry Rd are rude and act like they do not want to be there. Not great customer service at all.
