Jesica Kelly1I would give zero stars if I could. Worst bank ever! I never had a problem when I had Suntrust but now they merged and it is terrible! I have called numerous times and can’t get a call back. Customer service is terrible. The app never works. I can’t change my password and can’t get a phone call back or anyone to answer so I can get help with this issue. I will be moving all my money to a bank that actually does their job!

Joan Schlereth1The service was never good, but now as Truist, it’s worse! No one answers the phone, leave a message no one calls back, call the 800 # for a 60 minute wait. Is there any “ good” bank with any level of customer service anymore? I left this a month ago, now March 31, I can not transfer money online , and 60 Minute hold time! No Improvement! What a nightmare Truist is!

Bosun Art1There is no honor amongst thief's. I got a check issued by Wells Fargo which has a branch in the same mall. There is no excuse for a two week administrative hold before the money is accessible.

Tom Thompson1Horrible customer service. I am trying to reach someone to ask about the process of closing my dead brother in laws account. The only people I can talk to keep telling me I have to visit his branch in person. I live 1300 miles away. The other banks he used have legal departments I can deal with. But Not Truist. What a mess they are.

Ana Thomas1Debby, the manager at this bank and the other employees have 0 concept of customer service. I walked in with another customer at 20 minutes to 12:00 on Saturday and we were both told by Debby that we couldn't be helped due to them having to leave at 12:00. Banks usually lock doors at closing to finish remaining customers, not leave. Debby felt the need to feed me some BS about my money transfer not possible on Saturday due to funds verification. All she had to do was look at her screen. The real reason was that she might have had to stay a little past 12:00. Banks do business based on customer service and I am planning to find a different bank at this point. Ever since the BB&T merger, SunTrust has lost focus of their customers.

Vintage Tattoos1This bank is a total scam rip off to the customers… My employer gave me a check I deposited it and they held it for two weeks even though the check cleared immediately… This place is robbing single moms with special needs children holding their money for no apparent reason for two weeks even though the check cleared from my employer…It’s a shame how they treat their customers with no response or no supervisor available for a response… Beware of this bank… Very unprofessional especially with women with children with special needs ruining Christmas making rents late and no answers provided…

Katherine Desilets1Went to this bank today and had the most horrible experience, will never go there again. The teller literally was so rude, pretty much threw my things at me. BB&T is merging with Sun Trust and when that happens I will definitely be looking for another bank. This one lady that was in front of me couldn't stand anymore in the line so she had to leave. I tried to get someone to take her sooner but just rude people. I din't give any stars, I give a F-

Mark Matthews1Worse bank branch ever. Tellers are slow and the manager is horrible. The bank itself has plenty of rules designed to steal your money. If you want to go through the drive through bring a book.

justin c1The worst bank ever, if you go to this bank, enjoy the I care overdraft fees. If you spend all your money and bring your account to a 0 balance, once all the pending items are cleared you’ll get charged a fee for every single transaction even if at that time you were positive. This bank just takes your money, I also tried to cash a 750 dollar check with them, I got it in small portions at a time, I went to fifth third bank and never had these problems. Suntrust will secretly charge you fees and not give a reason why

Kareem Woodbine1This is by far the worse bank I have ever stepped foot in. I went to this bank to cash my paycheck which was from SunTrust. They said I needed 2 forms of ID which I presented my driver's license and social security card and birth certificate. They told me I cannot cash it because they need to see a debit card...never heard of that in my life. Never use SunTrust Bank again
