  Was the only vehicle in drive up section Waited 10 minutes for someone to come to window. Rather then acknowledge me, Ms Cruz stared at her computer, I had to actually press “Call Teller” button to get her attention. “I’ll be with you shortly” & she disappeared No - hello, no - can I help you, 5 minutes later she comes back and laughs at me when I question her about about waiting 15 minutes to conduct transaction. WORST BB&T bank I have ever been to & I won’t go back. As I was leaving a lady pulled up in a truck, she said there used to be a male teller there and he was excellent. She said the rudeness has become the norm at this bank. Corporate and/or HR needs to get a handle on this. Shouldn’t be too hard to find people who are willing to work n enjoy what they do. It’s a good location, BB&T needs to find the right people and/or retrain or transfer the current staff. Customers are the reason banks exist. This isn’t a customer friendly bank

  Branch Leader Guy Sanders and his Team have been extremely attentive to my personal and business needs with regards to banking in an exceptional and direct manner. They have gone above and beyond not only with their service to clients but their “Service” to the Community as a whole.

  There is only one person that has helped me at this bank. And I would have given them a five star due to the kindness she has shown me. But this morning I went in to add my husband to the account. I sat my kids down at the table and not one person asked me if I needed help they walked around me and asked my husband. And he pointed at me. Then they tried passing me off from one person to the next and noone would help me. Then I was told to wait for the only gentleman in there and he was in his office just talking to another customer about random stuff no paperwork or anything else but talking was being done. While I sat there waiting trying to conduct business before I have to go to work. So I left and told the very first lady that didn't even want to talk to me and told her I had to go. And her response was well we are open until 5 well if I could come later I would have but I came at the time I did bc that's when I'm available. Horrible customer service ever!!!!!!!

  Open a checking account and then go get some yummy yummy ice cream. Then in time you will know what to do about a future while talking to them about investments and retirement. Be brave and strong, hope for the best then plan for the worst. Remember planning is the way to be prepared for the worst while hoping for the best.....

  Very pleasant tellers, always a good experience. Every time I go in I'm greeted with a hello and a smile, no matter how busy they are. :)

  People were nice and respectful and wait time for what I had to do was normal. Nice to have this bank

  Customer service is not the best. Expect to wait. Especially in tbr drive thru. Short staffed every time I go various times of the day throughout the week.

  Bank closed inside, 2 cars in front of me (one at each tube), at LEAST 4 tellers visible inside but I left after 15 MINUTES! Come on!

  Can’t say enough for the kindness of the staff here. I usually hate going to the bank but not with BB&T

  The branch has a new team working here and the atmosphere has really changed.
