      This branch is the worst bank in Florida. You need a at least 45 mins to one hour waiting line, only one or two tellers working never smile, forget about drive thu never work, dead end. It has been many years since and never improve or better but more worse, many customers complain but the bank just ignore.

      My 17 year old has had the same job for 1 year! Every single week that he deposits his check, there is ALWAYS some money for an available balance!! For the FIRST time EVER B of A left him with a ZERO available balance, so I called to rectify it considering his father passed away the day BEFORE his birthday and he has MORE than enough money to cover his check, but the point being is that this bank NEVER did that to my 17 year okd before, so when I called and asked for help and to give him even $50 for availability they ALL said no! They WANT our items to bounce even for a 17 year old so that they can charge their fee..who does that to a 17 year old after a full year? WARNING do NOT use Bank of America..they are crooked and crooks! Terrible customer service and the woman with an accent is above and beyond DISHONEST!

      UPDATE: 2018. CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH BOA BECAUSE THIS BRANCH WAS SUCH A PROBLEM TO DEAL WITH. WISH I COULD NEGATIVE STAR IT! The drive thru atm is old, it ate my money today causing me to have to go inside with my toddler, the teller said well i see a deposit, understanding there was a check and cash deposit, took 3 times explaining, i was told either I'd have to wait or call the 800 number, she said it would take a half hour... didn't say I needed to speak with a finacial advisor so 2 people went ahead of me causing my wait to be even longer, then when I finally got taken care of the advisor wreaked of cigarettes, her her office, even when using her phone I could barely keep the thing near my face it smelled so bad, the smell was so offensive I even had to say your phone smells of cigarettes! While I was there I wasnt the only annoyed customer in the waiting room.. tellers and advisors walked by all of us and said nothing... 3 tellers sat at their spots and chit chatted, gossiping and giggling loud enough for the lobby to hear. I would rather travel all the way to Port Charlotte for my banking needs then walk into this bank again. I was so annoyed and can still smell the cigarettes in my nose it's enough to make me want to change banks! Disgusting! Edit: they finally updated their drive thru atm. But I refuse to go i to this bank for any reason!

      This is the worst branch ever!!!! I am here once a week to deposit my business checks and there is always a line of 6-8 people and only 1 teller working. It takes me 30 minutes to go through the line. Ridiculous!!! Hire more people, please!

      I don't often bank inside but it's nice to be able to deposit checks, money, and pay bills right from the drive thru ATM. My girlfriend is partial to the 24-hour lobby ATM where she can lock herself inside without worry. I've never had complaints with BOA staff at other branches I assume thisone offers great customer service as well.

      Opened 3 accounts here and lately you cannot contact them by phone(all phone numbers take you to their automated app) Lousy service in this branch. Now going in to CLOSE all accounts! They closed this branch and you cant even get to the main office on the phone.

      The branch is a joke. One teller , long lines and the manager is as useless as they come , walking around greeting customers while the line is 15-20 minutes. What a joke this branch is. Take your money and business elsewhere

      Bumbling, incompetent.They state they are busy when I am the only customer in the bank. I am trying to transfer a trust account from New York. The branch in New York made arrangements with the local branch in North Port even set up an appointment time but the Northport Branch lost all the paperwork. Even the branch in New York was dumbfounded at the incompetence of the Northport Branch. Don't waste your time or money

      They refuse to answer the phone here, when they finally did they just put the phone on the side completely ignoring me. Little did they know they forgot to mute it so I could hear everything they were saying. They have terrible customer service and I do not recommend them!
