Marshall Ryan5Representative of BB&T named Sergio, was very helpful, honest, and spent an abundant amount of time with me, explaining terms and conditions of different accounts, and was able to help me set up the account hat best suited my needs. After I received mail from my bank,I didn't understand exactly what the document was confirming, I called the local office, and to my surprise, the same gentleman who helped me open my account answered the phone. Sergio remembered who I was, and was able to clarify the statement, and the other mail I received from them. I love the fact that it feels like small town banking, and so friendly, however they have a large following, and banks in states that I frequent. I am sure I will be staying with BB&t, and be doing other banking business in the future. Bethany Bond Jefferson, Md
