  Always tons of people here to open a account for you but never but 1 person behind the counter and takes for ever to get in and out of bank. Will be switching my account to wells fargo where my other accounts are and never have a issue at bank or the company.

  This location is always extremely slow service at drive through! Even when not busy. Ugh.

  Always had a great experience with every teller and even Mary Kay, she is amazing. “Krissy” on the other hand needs to learn customer service skills. If someone is coming up to you (while you are still open) and you’re acting like they are a bother is not it. Instead of referring the customer to the online bank, help me here in person, no one should have to drive to deal with a attitude like hers. You’re here in person, help me with my account! It’s pretty bad when other coworkers agree this person has attitude, learn to respect people who do business with you Krissy.

  I have been a SunTrust customer for many years and have done business at many locations, and always had a pleasant experience. In the last month I have visited the location on Little Road in NewPort Richey, and the lady that does the wire transfers and sits at the desk all day is so rude and unprofessional she should be fired immediately. I did file a complaint but where that goes no one knows. I was at that branch a couple of times this month and none were satisfactory but this weeks experience was so bad, I felt I had to file the complaint. I have never seen a location so in organized/unprofessional as this one. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Suntrust On Little Rd in Newport Richey.
