  I moved all our banking needs from NY to Florida after we sold our house. I really love this credit union. They make using their services such a breeze and the employees are always so professional and nice to work with. Would recommend this bank to anyone moving here, they really go the distance to take care of their customers!

  Just about everything you need and from a credit union. Outstanding performance. Staff is professional and courteous. This bank allows "shared branch banking" which is a huge plus. We all love the extended drive thru hours and open on Saturdays. This location has been open for years now. Perfect location!

  Robin at the help desk was no help at all. My husband and I called in to make a car payment and had to go through a ten step verification process which we’ve never had to do before. We verified several and still no help! Very disappointed with the customer service this time around. We’re trying to give them money and they refuse to accept it, unreal!!!!

  This is supposed to be a “shared branch” with my credit union and they expect me to pay 5% to deposit $20 in quarters! This is why there’s a coin shortage!

  Just save your time and stress level and do not bank here. I've had nothing but issues and I have banked here for 4 years. I have finally switched banks. Thank god!

  I still have an out of state Federal Credit Union. This is the only credit union around here that does shared branching. The tellers are all great & very personable
