adrian candiales1Customer service is not good at all not to mention I had to wait long time and the worst part of the story I was trying to cash a check for my mom and a woman on the front line was questioning my mom ID even though my mom had a valid ID. At the end of the day I went to another BOFA and she was able to cashed out the check. I would never never come back to this Bank of America location. Awful service, long time waiting and misinformation.

Byron Matlock5The team at this location is phenomenal Especially for small businesses. The team at this bank has been dealing with the rapidly growing area of trinity and Pasco county and is still able to make every visit personal.

Jeff Siegel5Sat with Chris to fix a problem with mobile banking and accounts. As in many things, one needs to be patient. Chris was very good as he has been in the past. He with the person on the other end of the phone got it done and corrected within the hour.

C Johnson1DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give this bank 0 stars I would.. I’ve had Bank of America for 6 years and before we never had to wait as long as we did. You’d think if you go inside it would be faster but that’s never the case. The employees don’t care and are incredibly rude. Now we have to go 15 minutes out of our way just to get decent service. My parents and I came here the other day and they were also mistreated by the bank employees. Especially bank manager Nelson Ferreira. I would expect more from a bank manager. He lacks customer service skills and will go out of his way to make you less of a priority. He’s very rude and unprofessional and when we addressed that we had already been waiting for 20 minutes, he walked away in the middle of “helping us” which caused us to be there even longer. Consider switching to another bank that’s more convenient.

R F1Awful Awful Awful! No information about visiting another branch or customer care number. Not everything can be done with mobile banking e.g. safe deposit box, notary, etc. They just don't care about customer service! Wells Fargo lobby next door is open, TD bank lobby open, SunTrust open! B of A missing in action again!!

Mia5Great service! Friendly and efficent tellers. Hardly ever a wait. I usually have my deposit slip filled out and I'm out of there within 5 minutes. Looks like they have 2 or 3 tellers each time I go in. The one teller I've had the last two times has been working both the drive thru and front lobby. Hope they give this girl a raise.

Joann Lacovara1Wait time is ridiculous over 20 minutes in the drive thru lane . Their are not enough tellers servicing this bank. They closed the branch on 54 and Madison which we never had a problem with, drive thru was always good there. Do not think it is right to sacrifice the customers experience in order to save money. Shame on you Bank of America Corporation.

Tim Goyette1Unrealistic amount of time sat in the drive thru. I know all banks are attempting to force patrons into to using the atm or go inside, however many Banks in the past tried to accommodate commercial bank accounts because of our restricted time, all Bank of Americas have forgotten who the customer is whether it is a commercial account or a personal account. They are seemingly trying to appease only themselves instead of the patrons that offer them the ability to have a job. I have considered many times leaving Bank of America and moving my accounts to a different bank, and after today's nearly 30 minute wait in the drive thru I may consider it again. But unfortunately in this world we live in I believe most of them are all the same
