  One star is honestly too generous. EVERYTIME I try to use this bank, I get the same woman. She is the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. I have to drive 45 minutes to Blacksburg instead because she refuses to help me each time.

  1 star is too much! They are racists and should all be retrained. Obviously 34 years of working there isn't enough to know how to read an ID. I have never had a problem until this old lady "Andrea Fox" waited on us and since we do not have white skin she refused to serve us. We are disgusted with this hideous person and bank in general! Do not use them unless you are white! Otherwise they want to see your bills...Horrible!

  The Pulaski Branch has always been helpful. This transition to Truist is trying at best, using the online bill payment.

  So BB;T instead of paying us interests for having our money with them, they want us to pay them ridiculous maintenance fees. Do yourselves a favor and bank with a small bank or a credit union where there are no such fees.

  Higher up level does not treat the lower level like they should be treated they are to demanding and to hateful to staff and customers

  The staff is very friendly. They just don't have enough tellers, be prepared to wait in line.
