He is always willing to help, he gives much needed advice, especially for first time homeowners. I would 10/10 recommend him to all of my friends and family.   Tom Kulis and his Atlantic Bay Mortgage Team in Radford, Virginia did a very professional and efficient job for my wife and I when we refinanced our home. Tom and his team are very friendly and informative about the loan and mortgage process. Best mortgage experience and highest recommendation for real estate and mortgage needs in the New River Valley. When buying or purchasing a home, it is one of the largest financial decisions one will ever make - Tom and the Atlantic Bay team provide important date for the customers to make an informed decision.   Adam Armstrong and ABM Group were a pleasure to work with on my refinance. Very knowledgeable about the entire mortgage process and helpful with questions. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving him a call and seeing if refinancing (or just purchasing a home!) is the way to go!
