TRUIST is the worst bank. They have 5 values they say they represent, however, from personal experience they have failed all 5. The manager seem to think it is okay to disrespect customers and yell at them. The bank security is very pathetic.

So I understand that businesses have seasonal hours. That’s fine. But when the hours change per the season, they don’t change them on the website. That screwed my buddy over when he had to go into the bank to talk with them. They need to keep their hours updated.

Lauren was awful when she "greeted" me she never made eye contact. Then she would rather lose a customer than offer actual customer service by extending a promotion that was sent to me. So I politely drove right across the street and opened an account with MidPenn for ABSOLUTELY NO PROMO LMBO.

BB&T, Dairy street branch,Harrisburg.Mortgage service is third class. U never get update from your mortgage officer. One day before closing they may tell u that your loan is not approved or even not tell u. U get info from your real estate agent about that. They not reply your call, text msg or email. I have currently very very worst experience from them and don’t know when will be my loan approve. No info at all.If I can, I give 0 star.

If I could give negative ten stars I would. This bank allowed somebody to hack my account and take 2,000 from me. When I filed a claim they denied it. I filed another one they denied it again. They basically told me they think I have something to do with it and they can’t help me. I’m closing my account and Persuing legal action. Don’t ever bank with BB&T!!!

Basically, a lot of fees. I've lost about two hundred dollars by keeping an account with this bank. I keep most of my money in another account, but BB&T talked me into keeping their account. First I was being charged maintenance fees because I didn't have over $300 in my savings account. I went to talk to them and cancel my account when I noticed, and they talked me into staying and recommended a prepaid credit card. They said if I came back and got the card they would credit the service fees. The card they were talking about has a five dollar a month service fee, so I didn't get one of those. I also never got the $35 in service fees back. Then, I got an overdraft on my checking account and no notification, though I'm signed up for notifications. Netflix tried to autopay four times, resulting in $132 in overdraft fees. At that time I also noticed BB&T had been charging me $5 a month for "return statement fees," supposedly because of paper statements being returned to them. They shouldn't have been sending them in the first place because I opted into online statements. I went in again to complain, and they only gave me the return statement fees back after a lot of trying to explain to me why I should pay them. I'll have to go back later to close my account.
