As a long time client of BB&T I had an amazing relationship with all the employee at this particular branch. As the merger started I slowly started to see the shift into a very toxic money hungry company. In the last few months the branch lost very valuable employee who I dearly miss. There is now a very obnoxious women with a horrible country accent. She has no idea what’s going on and never acknowledges that people are in the bank. It seems like every time there is a line she’s stuck with one person. I was in the drive thru today before opening, I sat there until 9:25 am and heard nothing. That is the most ridiculous thing to have ever happened at this branch. I will not be coming back to this branch.

BB&T was great! Truist is worst than awful. The bank is imposible. 1) They made a mistake on a deposit in millions of dollars, then locked all my accounts because of the amount. Then it took them almost a week to fix their mistake. 2) On the web app, if you make a transaction, and want to see what you did - pending transactions are not visable until they post -sometimes this takes days. 3) They messed up a credit card transfer, and can't verify that the transaction was actually paid at the other end. Now I may pay on both sides. 4) I was on hold for 45 minutes and since it was a BB&T CC account the Suntrust opperator could not help me. Sent me back where I started. AWFUL is an understatement!

I am new to this branch as I was a Suntrust customer, who recently became a Truist customer because of the merger. The three times I've been to the branch, I've been extremely impressed with the warmth and service I have received. Much better than when at Suntrust. Each time, I've waited to see an agent - to open a new account, to clear up problems with the merger, etc. - someone almost immediately came up to me to see if I was being helped. They told me when I should expect to be helped and assured me that I was important and taken care of. There is one woman, with a Southern accent, who is even more so friendly and welcoming. She makes me feel like I am a cherished guest in her home or her church. She would be a major asset to any business. I am excited to have Truist as my new bank and this as my home branch.

I've had only good experiences here. This location feels staff empty. Not many employees work here. But I've received good service and no problems while I've been here. I personally don't have a BB&T account but I'd think it's not a bad bank.

Since Truist acquired BB&T the service is nonexistent. It is impossible to call and get service. I’ve been on the phone at least 4 hours on 3 separate occasions and no one ever picks up the line. BB&T had top notch service, but Truist couldn’t care less about their customers. After banking with BB&T for over 30 years, I’ll will be leaving Truist. This is very poor bank.

While life has returned to some state of normalcy this bank continues to prevent entry into the bank … !! The drive through lines are lengthy and SLOW. It’s time to move on. As my mother says, “this is ridiculous!”. And it is.

Rushed to get there before 6 on Friday. Because the lobby is closed, everyone is using the drive-thru. The place was packed! One of the employees directed all cars into a lane, then put cones out, to let late-comers know the bank closed at 6. I got to the carrier at 6:30, and there were still @ 6 cars there. However, the guy in the bank said they were CLOSED, and wouldn't service us! Everyone in line had to leave without banking services! Absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'd give 0 stars, if possible! Apparently these folks don't know that there are OTHER OPTIONS!

The manager Chip called the police on me after my radiator went out on their property. I was there for no more than 10 mins and he called the police. I also am a member of this bank and was there conducting business. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received from an establishment.

Small BB&T Branch. We don't bank here but here's our experience. We went in to have some papers notarized. My In-laws sold their house to their son and the Son was a BB&T Customer and had got the home loan from BB&T. the papers we needed notarized was for the BB&T loan. We were treated very rudely and sent away to get them notarized elsewhere. add to this the my I'laws both are wheelchair bound.
