  Man this place I's gotta be the absolute worst place in America u bring them something worth 2500 dollars and they insult u with 70 dollar offer the lady and oh boy have got to be the stupidest people I've meet there crooks trying to get over on anyone in a bind all o can say is stay away

  Worst pawn shop EVER! I have taken several expensive items in perfect condition to get a loan (that I have pawned at other places before) and they always find a reason not to take it. They will talk down EVERYTHING you have and only offer you pennies on the dollar if they even take it. Don't waste your time!!! There are several much better pawn shops right in the area...just go there!

  I go to this shop any time i need anything! Jimmy is the nicest and most helpful guy that you could possibly do business with. I have sold to them and bought from them on countless occasions. I have never been disappointed in the price that they offer me for my items nor have i ever been disappointed in what i have paid for an item. If you ask they will ALWAYS work with you if possible. I live at least 30 mins away from there now and i have plenty of shops that are close to me but i ALWAYS drive here.

  the young man who manages the shop is very knowledgeable and respectful. Even if i don't like the offer i always go here first. A great pawn shop i deff recommend them. Would be 5 stars if had a lil better game selection and more random stuff to interest me. But overall my first choice. They have really helped me out and are good ppl. *UPDATE*. OK SO the ppl at this store now have changed. They don't seem to care about their business, the condition of their products or loyal customers like me that have been doing business with then for years. I have a near perfect record and after the former manager left, and the guy there now has tried multiple times to completely rip me off on products I would have bought back, that I SOLD THEM. just straight up gouging prices he even admitted that he was overcharged me because he as said "he simply didn't like me" and even insulted me by saying "I wasn't loyal customer to him" and that I was ripping the store off by trying to come back to get my stuff after needing to tend to my don't mother out of town for a while. Came back and was willing to pay for it all back plus but$1000 worth of products in top of it. But I won't be insulted and ripped off. Choose 1 or the other at least. A shake I loved this store. They lost me, and my $3000 sale. That pudgy Asian guy who Acura so arrogant needs to be fired or the store will go under. Not exaggerating.

  This is the absolute worst pawn shop in town, everything electronic I purchased from here was in fair condition but did not work properly. I always test the merchandise before I leave but when I get home some functions are not working the way they should. To be honest I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they have terrible electronics and needs to be shut down, the customer service is terrible as well

  DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR UHAUL! The absolute most rude people I've ever being evolved with as a customer. I was cursed, called a liar, and told to leave the f...ing store all because I wouldn't pull the 26' Uhaul behind the building and unhook the trailer. I was verbally and physical threatened. The Uhaul manager called me and said they were a great Uhaul location with no complains. I've contacted an attorney

  Only offers a three day warranty on items they sell. If it breaks you are out of your item and hard earned money even in those three days as they only do store credit. Most pawn shops offer a thirty day warranty so look for one of those before going here.

  The absolute, best pawn shop around. The owners and employees are always reasonable, and realistic, and transparent in all their deals.Johnny is The Asian Rick Harrison lol. He's a stand up businessman and a smart, honest man. He has ALWAYS helped, me out best he can andcan and reward longlong term and repeat business. All the other shops are posers. The this is how you pawn. You other shops need to take note!

  Gives terrible money. I think the little Asian guy thinks I sell things for drugs. A practically new fire stick in box with everything was offered to him to buy and he only offered 5 dollars for it. Said a firestick wouldn't sell, lol. They were at the price new at 40 dollars. Also I pawned gun for loan. Said he would need an approval by FBI agency to be able to return. I asked how long approval takes and he said few days, no more than 3. I tried to buy back and he said it hasn't been approved to return. Said it wasn't disapproved, but not approved. This was 3 months later. I gave up on getting back, because he could never say he got approval or disapproval, just told me to keep checking back with him. Fudgetards. Can't stand asian guy, and he's the first asian person that is totally annoying to me. I feel very disrespected by this place. Closest one to me but won't go there again.

  My husband and I been coming here for years. They deff have great prices and best deals. Negotiation's are never a problem and they work with you. Never a bad experience. Come here first. Please DO NOT let these bad reviews fool you. It's you're typicals that expect top dollar for defective/generic merchandise.
