  Chris and Jeff each provide best customer service experience. Ever time I’m in store they are always saying Thanks for coming to all customers even if not doing business at that time. Chris is very knowledgeable on firearms. Jeff always assisting customer with any questions they may have on store items and demonstration of products when required by customer Very fair evaluations on items customers are needing loans for and will give you best money value on your items than any pawn store in the area. Quick Cash Pawn management should know they have the best team in place at the Peters Creek Parkway location possible, simply Chris and Jeff are awesome and make customer experience awesome!!   The store did not follow through with their policies and procedures and we had to wait for 25-30 minutes for the manager to agree to give us a refund after we called corporate and explained what was going on. We purchased a microwave with a pest infestation that was not tested prior to leaving the store and we were not offered a warranty. We returned with the item less than 48 hours after purchasing (we got it on a Saturday afternoon and they are were closed Sunday, we came Monday before noon). The manager offered to buy the item back for half of what we paid despite us telling her that the microwave has roaches. We received good customer service from the employee who sold us the device but for her to be a manager she did not have good service at all.

  Just want to say what an awesome company and a thank you to the folks at Credit Quick. My credit had suffered because of illness and medical bills for several years. I needed to begin to repair my credit and a newer car. These folks took a chance on me in 2019 and financed a 2013 Ford Focus I purchased from Frank Myers AitoMax, who in of themselves are pretty awesome. Credit Quick loaned me the money, reported regularly to the credit bureaus helping me raise my score. I was eventually able to get a credit card after a year and now this week I traded for a 2016 Cherokee Sport and was able to get bank financed, all thanks to the great folks at Credit Quick for taking a chance on someone like me with way less than perfect credit. Even though I was late on my payment more than once, I would simply call them up, always understanding they were, tell them when I could get straight and I always followed through and they never reported a bad mark or late notice with the credit bureaus. I call that pretty awesome!!! If you're in need of a car and are serious about getting back on top- check these guys and gals out- you won't regret it!!!

  They are not very skilled. I took them some 14k gold, that I had pawned at 2 other high end pawn shops, these nuts say that it is fake?? Now I know why they never have any cars in their parking lot 😒!!thanks!
