      We wrote our grandson a check on our Suntrust account. He went to a different Suntrust branch to cash it, and they charged him $7.00. Since when does a bank charge a fee to cash one of their own checks?? Absurd and greedy!

      Awesome bank and 24 hr teller machine. Let's you pull out any denomination of money, cash checks and make deposited. Also the employees are awesome.

      If I could give it a negative rating, I would. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. they don't call you when they say they will. They have had to reissue 4 debit cards for me now because none of them never made it to my house. Would not suggest this bank to anyone.
