J N457112Their ATM is always on the fritz...either not dispensing cash or accepting deposits. Almost once a week the machine will not accept deposits. Extremely frustrating.

Nicholas Rendina1As a veteran of this country I am disgusted with the disrespect shown towards me by the employee and Branch Manager that I dealt with today. I didn’t even get to deal with the Branch Manager because apparently he’s too busy. Sitting here watching, that doesn’t seem to be the case. Not all of us have tens of thousands in our bank accounts, that is no excuse to not handle my problem. Corporate: please get in touch with me as well as your incompetent branch manager. Sean Conway5You get great customer service, friendly professional people always ready willing and able to help you with any of your financial needs. Great ATM never had a problem getting money depositing money check account balances, anything I need it to do. I've been a customer of regions for over 18 years without a problem.

Andy B1They do not list the local branch telephone number so you are forced to call the automated 800 number. Once you spend roughly 5 minutes working through prompts, still a challenge to get an actual number or connected. Once I got the number I called numerous times during their business hours on Saturday and no answer. This is not the first time but it will be the last. This bank and branch is pure trash. Will never consider Regions in the future. You are better off depositing your money into your mattress.

Justin1I'm never banking with Regions again. I can't call the bank to resolve issues with my account, and they charged me a 36 dollar fee the same day I over drafted my account. No text alert, which I set up; and email a day late and no call; not even any courtesy time to fix the account. They wouldn't even refund me the fee after speaking to 2 different people. Update: Couldnt even make a deposit at the atm today.

Jason Spencer5I have had nothing short of great customer service at this location. For those complaining about automated phone systems, next time you’re in ask for a direct number to the bank. Most numbers listed go to a centralized call location. Happy to be a customer!

Keith Blakeoff1can not get ahold of anyone at this location to resolve an issue with my account without following 5 min worth of promps during business hours. no answer for 45 min hung up called again no answer had to go back to work spent my entire lunch brake trying to get the bank never been so mad. this is not the first time
