  Had a job that did payroll through them; check was marked returned after I had already deposited it, and I was on the hook for the full amount plus a fee for depositing a bad check. To top it all off they simply didn’t answer the phone and forced me to go down in person to try to resolve the issue. Complete scam of a company.

  I called this morning wanting to get information on starting a Business Checking account and needed all the information I could get on what you offered with this but the lady on the phone didn't really seem like she wanted to talk to and just gave me the basics. It really seemed like she didn't even want to talk at all. I guess I am going elsewhere for my business.

  My personal experience here was absolutely amazing! My issue was resolved in a timely manner and it really felt like I was being listened to. A huge shoutout to Kaprina Wells! She was phenomenal in her expertise as well as assistance with my account. Thank you so, so much!

  Rude! They were taking customer calls on speaker phone were all customers can hear the conversation. Some of the tellers didn’t even speak and had attitudes. Did have one teller that was nice.

  So this bank is already switched from BB&t to truest and don't even want to do the job I go to Westwood try to deposit my check I got an account with and everything want me to give you the runaround and then just walks away you know I don't get it I might have to switch Banks

  Wait time to speak to someone is extremely long. One lady is in her phone just laughing and having a good time. Meanwhile 7 of us have been waiting 30 mins now.

  Terrible drive-thru service but at least the deposit function on the atm was working today!

  My only problem at this branch recently is cars lining up to go to the window blocking the other lanes. I've been there several times cars lined up, but all the lanes are empty including the ATM. I appreciate that all lanes are open since the bank is not allowing anyone inside, but something has to be done to keep cars moving. There is enough room for two lanes, one for the window and one for everyone else to go around them to get to the other several open lanes. Please do something about this. It's not right. Thank you.

  Worse Customer Service in Fayetteville. As i sat there an hour i watched 2 people just walk up and get help while me and others have waited up to an hour to be helped. The level of service is better at the worse fast food restaurant down the street. i have never seen service this bad at any place other than here. My Business account will be going to another Bank soon!!!

  I had two checks written to me and teller verified BOTH of them with person that wrote them. Then said she would only cash one because they other one had 1/7/2017 on it. The other check was dated for 1/9/2018. I think it’s absolutely horrible that we are less than two weeks into the new year and not mention the person that wrote check is elderly and we are all trying to get use to writing 2018 that they would not cash the check after it was verified!!! Then the teller(Deanna)thought it was funny since I couldn’t cash the check. BB&T has always had poor customer service and that’s why I don’t bank with them. Poor poor customer service.
