  Staff on site is fine but the customer service general number is terrible. ATM fees are over the top and there aren’t enough ATMs locally to make it worth it. Very inconvenient

  5 stars for the staff........ 0 stars for the bank. i find the staff at this branch exceptional, considering all the 'bs" they have to put up with the MAIN BRANCH< making changes, and causing problems for those of us who have been loyal since it was THIRD FEDERAL..bbt should be schooled that THE BANK WAS A TRAILER 35 YEARS AGO, for the convenience of the neighbors. BBT has in my case since they took over, changed payment dates, on my pay onine accts, which caused checks to bounce. i am human, i make mistakes, but i have bounced more checks since they took over than i have my entire adult life.

  I went to the this branch to open a checking account. The manager was polite and no one was exactly rude. However, we were forced to wait 20 mins to talk to someone who could help us open a checking account. There were other reason than poor communication and customer service to why we didn't choose BB&T but during the entire process I was never informed that there would be a hard inquiry on my credit at any point. Many banks do soft inquiries for checking and savings accounts unless applying for credit obviously. After the bad customer service and failure to notify me of a hard inquiry to my credit I've decided that BB&T is not the bank for me. Beware

  This bank is no longer a community bank! I am taking my money out this week. Hello Citizens bank! I had to transfer money from BB& T to citizens and what a difference with the tellers!

  Only 1 cashier working at a time and forget the drive thru you will wait close to 30 minutes !

  Would give no stars but it wont let you. Seven (7) Teller windows one (1) Teller working at window and drive through

  This bank takes forever to deposit checks issued from other banks, there so behind in time
