  Some are nice some seem rude but anyhow I’m a young woman working 2 jobs doing her thing and I believe they got over on me the first time I went to them. The second time they were just completely rude and fake they said something about my item which was a Golden microphone (so you know who I am) in perfect condition right out of the box. I’ve watched them service other people with rust and dirt so I just feel like they just didn’t wish to service me. I’ll may try them again in the future because this was the best pawn shop around (THAT I KNOW OF) they’re all pretty bad. But maybe it’s just always harder for a young female of color who actually works for a living.

  awesome place to do business, long time customer. I have purchased many things from there including luxury watches at amazing prices. Great layaway program and they are fair with their lending services. I will highly recommend them to anyone I know

  Had a home burglary in Kensington. Went to this pawn shop with a list of my stolen items, including serial #s. Was told to my face "we'll let you know if we get anything in." Sure enough, never heard a whisper from the pawn shop, but I had also made a police report & when my serial #s pinged back at this pawn shop, they acted like they had no idea what could've happened, completely dodged the responsibility of contacting me, & then made me buy my stolen goods back (this is PA state law, and a flawed one at that, but still added insult to injury.) So I guess no big surprise that this is a shady af pawn shop, but if your items go missing, be aware that they may end up here & the people working here will lie to your face about it.

  Great place for a quick loan. Don't expect the moon on pricing, but very honest and legit. These guys have to make money too.

  Never been there but hoping to
