      Hopefully they stay closed. I had an older black woman (didn't get her name) tell me they don't deal with auto loans at this branch. I mind you, I scheduled the appointment online where If that was the case why did the system allow me to schedule the appointment. It should have gave me an message or something. Then she proceeds to give me an number that I've been calling for the last week. I was placed on hold for an hour and half.. They couldn't help either. Customer service down the drain both in person and telephone.. I've switched banks. GOOD LUCK

      Oh my goodness! I didn’t think it could get worse than the Eagle’s Landing branch but this location is terrible! Took me 45 minutes in the drive thru to deposit a check. They had my deposit in hand for at least 15 minutes before they ever spoke to me. I recommend the Jonesboro branch!

      I have banked with SunTrust for over 20 years but since they have changed to truist they have become impossible to bank with. This branch is impossibly slow and you can't even deposit cash through the ATM anymore. Don't waste a trip there expecting to be able to. I will be changing to a different bank within the next two weeks. Do not expect a good experience at this branch or with truist in general. I will miss SunTrust because they were always good to work with, but I'll never bank with truist once I can get everything untied from them

      The worse bank service I ever experienced. 40 minutes wait per car at the drive-up. I wish I can change the bank

      The branch manager is disgustingly rude. Their were 3 bankers not dealing with customers, but because I didn’t have an appointment, they made me wait in the sitting area alone for 30 minutes. I honestly did have an issue that was very difficult to fix that day, but it didn’t feel like they wanted to try to help. It was the worst SunTrust experience of my life. They talk at people as if they are intending an altercation, when all people want is help. VERY BAD REPRESENTATION

      The epitome of “not wanting to do your job” No one here seems to want to be there, to work, to help & cater to their clients. I am forced to go to this particular location so often because it is right by my home. However extremely long line, long waits, inefficiency & unprofessionalism. Sometimes you can walk in other times it’s completely closed due the the “virus”. I unfortunately do not know the manager Or bankers names however from my experience, specifically in the past year has been out right terrible. Suntrust ought to have an audit of their employees & maybe send a few “secret shoppers” to understand why I & a majority of other folks have nothing good to say about this location. I love Suntrust itself however this location makes it very hard to.

      It's 1:50pm on a Tues, been in line for 20min now. The inside is closed. Drive thru not moving. ATM always out of cash...

      Bought BBT in 2020. To this point they still do not serve BBT customers. I absolutely HATE SunTrust. Moving my account immediately.

      Each time I go to this bank the wait to get anything done is way too long. I will be told the wait is 5 minutes but it ends up to be over 30. Surely this company can staff the bank efficiency so that customers don’t have to wait so long. On my last visit, I had to wait 45 minutes before anyone helped me.
