  The banker helping me needed help to change my name in the system and told me I'd be able to use my debit card till my new one arrived which wasn't ture and so I went shopping and my card got declined. I am extremely disappointed. Went to another location and Cindy was super sweet and helpful! I will never use the page field location again.

  I waited over 45min to do a deposit inside the bank!! It was like the people working were doing everything as slow as humanly possible. The branch manager just sat in his office looking out the window instead of getting up to help out a clearly long line of people waiting to be helped

  Cannot reach several bank branches after several attempts throughout the day. Unable to get anyone on the customer service line - 60 minute hold time, no voice mail available on any phones. Some phones just ring and ring and ring. I would not give any of my money to this bank!

  This branch is so slow. Never enought help. Every since they combined its been horrible. If it wasnt the closest brach to work I would not even come here.

  When I needed an IOLTA account set up I met with a few banks but this particular BB&T was the one that stood out. From a personalized meeting (thanks, Joel) and a friendly greeting upon entry, this bank met my expectations. So far the online services have been excellent and I feel my business accounts are taken care of. I also have used the drive-through teller without any issues, they are always attentive. For a business account I would recommend this bank and to meet with Joel if he is available.

  Very nice staff! I'm from out of town, but they didn't bat an eye at larger withdrawals due to holiday shopping.

  Here right now and there are only two people working and there are 5 people waiting. Not to mention the drive through. This is horrible customer service. Horrible.
