      Short time to get their stuff in order, I understand technical issues but the merger has been terrible. 2 weeks maybe or I'm done, shouldn't have to wait more than 30 minutes to withdraw money.

      I went there and was helped by Cheryl and she was the most incompetent person I have every meet. I came in with and easy task of getting my savings account on my phone and she put my checking account on my phone. The problem is that I already have my checking account on my phone so she didn’t do anything helpful. My mom need her pin changed on a new card and it took her forever to do that and when my mom got the card the pin was not what she wanted. I have never had such a bad experience here. The bank is great just ask for anyone except Cheryl.

      I visited this branch and the teller saw that I had a SunTrust credit card. She told me that “they were phasing out my current card” and replacing it with a new one. She also stated that my current card would stop working soon. She said she would take care of ordering the replacement for me. Now, 4 years later, I have 2 SunTrust credit cards. Please don’t lie to your customers just to open another credit card and hit some type of incentive. Unethical to say the least. I will be ending my longstanding banking relationship with SunTrust soon.
