  Visited this location to open a few accounts after a friend had suggested this credit union. Found that the branch staff here are super friendly and helpful. Branch Assistant Manager Chris is an A++++ member and loved my wallet.

  There is no way to view your checking/savings account number through Online Banking, and you also can't make a transfer to an external bank account online. I think this is the only bank I've dealt with that makes it that hard to access your own money. There is also no way to set up two-factor authentication to get into your online account, which is not very secure and should be a standard feature in 2021.

  It took me three days of calling before I was able to speak to someone competent enough to make a transfer from my business account to my personal account. This frequently happens, very few people inside this building know how to do their jobs. They are very friendly though, which is why I award them 2 stars.

  My family has been with ORNL since the early 1970s we love them they know us all by name & go out of their way to help everyone. I wouldn't bank anywhere else

  The ladies at this branch have been so helpful over the past few weeks helping me with some disputes. They each have wonderful and welcoming personalities, and seem happy to help me, despite me feeling bad for having so many issues that I need their help with. Thank you all for your patience, your great work should not go unrecognized!!

  Used the drive through ITT machines. Some days the teller machines are slow.. some days not. Online tellers are professional, and fast.

  What's terribly sad is going to the bank and show up at 12:25 on your lunch and you spend 20 minutes trying to get waited on by a teller when there are two waiting on people and other to standing there just looking around not a good bank to use definitely will be looking into a new bank!!
