  I want to thank Tracy for her patience today as she helped me get my bank account straightened out. I made one transaction in to three for her (a pain in the...). Tracy was so kind and delivered great customer service with a smile. Even though she had her mask on, I could tell. 😊

  I have always had incredible service here. I can go into any of the BBT banks and get the kind of service you expect from a small town bank. Friendly service and always willing to help.

  Went to deposit a check and the older lady there rejected it because it was made out to my middle name & I signed with my first name. She's was nothing but rude & unprofessional the entire time. It was so bad that I've decided to not bank with them anymore. Unbelievable experience

  Very nice people but we have been waiting over an hour just to speak to someone!!! Rediculious!!! I believe they need more help!!!!

  So I called to talk to the manger and was told she is on the phone could I wait. I said no problem. 20 mins later she comes back and says sorry the manager stepped out for lunch!!! BB&T is the worst bank ever. My wife made a cash deposit 45 mins after the 6 pm deadline and they credited the deposit BUT still charged a $36 fee. I called and was told that the computer makes the decision not staff!!!!
