  Came to this Bank of America since it was one of the closest walk-in Bank of America locations to Dover, DE. The location is a little hard to find since the signs are bronze plaques, but it is on a corner. The building is a beautiful historic building (inside and out) and the service was very good. We came there to speak with a representative regarding account setup, and the loan officer, Marcelle, was very nice and courteous.

  I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get through on the phone to this bank!!!!! I’ve tried different days, times etc. I went to the web site and found NO openings for an appointment. My brother passed away,. This was his bank. I NEED to talk to someone so I can complete his estate closing. !!!! I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone!!!!

  bank is terrible they closed the cambridge bank, now i have to go to easton to pay my rent and the parking is terrible, and I get a hard time from them when paying my rent to my landlord account. And my brother has his account there and they now charge him a fee if its under 25 dollars, My bank doesn't do that at all . If I would never bank with them ever, I only got go there to pay my rent even that a pain to do.

  I amazed by the poor customer service here. All during covid they left their drive through teller facilities closed forcing customers to come in the bank. They close at 4 pm and I just called 8 times without anyone bothering to answer.

  Would not let me withdrawal and close my account without a debt card? If I'm not mistaken, a debit card is used as an ATM card and to make purchases. I was at the bank with my Photo ID and account number. Nothing... Screw you, Bank of America and your stupid bureaucracy.

  Bank of America is the absolute worst for transactions/ money holds and customer service of any bank I have used. In short, they are what give banks a bad name.

  Worst bank did alot of atm depoists would get reciept say funds available next business day and then for no reason check would be put on a 4 day hold. !!!!!!!!

  Love this bank and the staff!! Everyone is very nice and helpful. Best banking experience ever for me. Staff is very knowledgeable and ready to help.

  This bank is horrible don't open an account there unless you want your card to get locked all the time for suspicious activities and getting over drawing notices that make no sense and transactions on app don't update so you won't know what you have regardless if it's there or not
