  From the first phone call to the signed contract, Ms. Justice and Vicky made such an impression on me just by their level of professionalism that I won't bore you with details. By the way, I don't impress easily. Keep up the good work and you can be sure to have a repeat client. Thank you so much for helping my family when we needed it.

  I applied to try and consolidate our credit cards, I was told "looks like we can do something." Only to find that my credit was pulled by them three times and my husband's twice, they were dishonest about it on the phone. Then we were denied because my husband doesn't make enough (temporarily laid off due to covid but currently working solid), even though we have been paying double payments on our cards, which was more than the payment would have been with them. We were strung along for 4 days, with the excuse of short staff due to covid, fancy that. Others have said that they wouldn't defer payments even though customers are also effected by covid. If you're suffering because of covid, don't call these people.

  At times, didn't return phone calls in a timely manner! I had to email corporate office in order to get attention. However, once we got connected, very professional an answered all my questions. I chose them to get my loan from because they are local and I enjoy doing financial things in person.

  I received a fast response by email after applying online. The appointment to come in and finalize was the next day by my choice, which was great. I was walked through the loan and given all the insurance options for the loan. Very pleased

  Advisor called me and was very rude and unprofessional and did not explain the situation at all to me she got a attitude when I asked for a explanation. Worst loan officer ever will not be coming back for a second one and will tell all my friends and family to not use this unprofessional institution!
