  Where to start! Most excellent and superior service every time. Every time I visit the Lindsey Street branch in Norman, I am greeted and treated not as a customer, but a friend that happens to double as my banker. Their staff, including the Branch Manger Greg, goes out of their way to check in with you on arrival no matter how busy they are. They take the time to explain all their services not in great detail, but take the time to ensure you have understood all aspects and options available to you. I recently went in with great hesitation and left with complete satisfaction at every aspect of my visit. Thank you!

  Wow I don’t know how to sum up my experience in this little review. I came into the credit union looking for a loan for a car unprepared about an hour before they closed ( I didn’t know that at the time). Greg I believe the branch manager stayed over an hour after they were closed to make sure that I got taken care of and to ensure that I got out of there so I could pick up my dream car! Greg was a huge help and his customer service was next level out of this world. Greg is a huge asset to True-sky credit union, and as long as he is there I will definitely be apart of the True-sky family. Thank you Greg hope you enjoy your vacation, and I’m riding nice!!!

  After banking in a traditional bank for my whole life I moved to the Norman True Sky location over a decade ago. The branch manager Greg goes above and beyond as does his entire team. They are truly partners in your needs, Greg has been there for my family time and time again, with exceptional service. Sick of fees and being one of a million? Go to True Sky in Norman and let feel valued again!

  The manager, Mr Greg Cline always does a fantastic job. I can leave a message, he will call back, I can ask for help, he takes care of it. I have a money question, he answers it, if I have an online problem he fixes it. The best manager True Sky has. Truly a gentleman, professional, and for me to say thank you is not enough. The best!

  Amazing experience! I always avoid running bank errands by myself because I don’t understand much, but Brittany went the extra mile to help me understand and get the best deal. I felt truly comfortable.

  The Manager, Mr. Greg Cline did a fantastic job explaining all of the options available to me on the possible purchase of a new camper. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend the branch on Lindsey in Norman, Oklahoma.

  Alyshea at the Norman, Oklahoma location was very helpful with my account. I had some issues with my online banking and she took the time to help me through it and even suggested a few things for me to try, which worked! Thank you so much for all the help Alyshea!

  This is absolutely the most unorganized, worst customer service, and just an all around bad experience. I showed up today to deposit a check, drive thru deposit not available said come inside… kept us locked out of the bank for an additional 10 mins. They’re rude and unprofessional and could care less about their members and I’m saying this as a member of more than 10 years.
