  Very poor overall experience. The only reason we went with this company is they stated they are military supporters and help veterans at all cost. The only thing this did for my husband who is an Air Force Veteran, is cause unwanted stress and anxiety! We had over 5 closing dates, very poor communication on their part. Close to every closing date or past they would state they needed some other document or inspection. As a veteran and using our VA loan we were not supposed to pay closing costs, in the end after we went through the new year the interest rate kept going up and they closing costs that we weren’t supposed to pay ended up being over $2000. We started the process in late October of 2021 and we FINALLY closed after me having to call the company Vice President TWICE. We closed in March of 2022… 5 months!!!! The portal that we were supposed to have access to, we didn’t get access to until February and that’s when he finally even started actually working on the loan. None of the documents I had sent in had even been uploaded by them to the portal until then! 0/10 would not recommend!!

  John Morales was amazing he went above and beyond to get me into my home! He fought for me through all the curve balls we had and he handled it like a boss. I am more then happy with their service and process that he did for me. I would highly recommend anyone to use John morels and the team. They do amazing job to fight for you and make sure you understand the process and everything before you finish. I can't be more happy then I am to know he had helped me do this and was there ever step of the way and you can trust him.

  I don’t even know where to start. My experience was awesome. We had the pleasure of working with Nathan Hardesty, which I highly recommend. Nathan was very helpful and responsive during our home buying process. Nathan answered all of our questions in a timely manner and pretty much any given time of the day. Nathan helped guide us through our few month process and made the process easy for us. Nathan was very patient with myself and my wife during the process. I honestly am very thankful and grateful to have had such an amazing loan officer. We were so happy that we got to meet him at closing. Military Vet - Used VA Loan

  David Dustmann with Mortgage Solutions Financial was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He was attentive to our needs and extremely clear as he guided us through the process. David worked hard to meet and exceed our expectations, even answering our calls late into the evening. Another thing we appreciated so much was his weekly video updates, our transaction was handled electronically, so putting a face to the name was a nice touch! From the pre-approval to the day of closing (which he worked to get it done 2 days early) felt almost seamless. We highly recommend David (& his assistant Alex) for your mortgage needs & feel blessed to have worked with him on our home buying experience!

  I have had the pleasure of working with David through several transaction. What I LOVE...#1 David answers his phone and works ALL OF THE TIME (he has even sent me a pre-approval at 11 PM when needed), #2 David can usually pre-qualify more people than other lenders (I was working with a sweet, young client that had a good job, great credit, but didn't have two traditional lines of credit...he was able to come up with a solution for her), and #3 David has vast knowledge which leads to coming up with creative solutions so that deals get to the closing table! Highly recommend!

  There's not enough to say about this group, Nathan was professional and on the job at all times with my schedule and would reply back to me whenever I needed. What sold me is him working my file on Christmas Eve and being in touch with me. He made the process understandable and was able to get me pointed in the right direction.
