      I remember switching over to cp Federal years ago when they were located in Pamada long time ago. Not once have I ever felt stolen from or screwed over unlike other credit unions and banks in town. I'm so glad they moved to the new location where Bank of America used to be cuz now they have a much better atm and you dont even gotta get out of your car no more.

      Had an emergency and needed to speak to someone at the credit union asap and it took a half hour to get anyone to answer the phones. Since changing to true thing have really gone downhill.

      Rude never help you. Always have to fight to get help or information on your account. If you have problem it will take all your time to fix the mistake. My solution is to not bank with this bank.
