  Horrible customer service, no one ever calls you back, they make a lot of promises to sell products with little follow through on service. Obviously by the 3 star rating I'm not alone with this dissatisfaction.

  We have been with many banks over the years business & personal and we have tried them all. Some good, some OK some absolutely horrible. While changing banks can be a pain we made the move of our business & personal accounts to Huntington Bank of Brooklyn. I can say the experience so far has been wonderful. The staff is so polite and helpful. The transition was effortless to say the least and the personal touch has been great! Pleasantly surprised at how a larger bank can give a small hometown service. Thank you Huntington Bank of Brooklyn for the great service!

  Your not letting the bank make any money? We made an extra payment on our Auto loan. The cashier mentioned we were not letting the bank make money on our loan. We were a little insulted that she thought we shouldn't take advantage of saving ourselves a little money. This was the same attitude TCF Bank had too, now they are merging with Huntington. So, we decided to refinance our loan with a credit union with a 2 point lower interest rate (and this is no exaggeration).

  People are very nice there. but they really don’t do their job.I told them to close my account. They didn’t n.now I own Ton of late fees they don’t wanna work with you.

  My fiancé left his card from a different bank in the machine, called them and left a message stating he will come pick it up in the morning. When he called the lady told him they shredded it first thing in the morning. Now he has 0 access to his money due to that being the only way to get money from his account. Will NEVER use this bank again. He is also cancelling his account through them.

  A Bank that charges you to cash one of their own checks is a JOKE! I will avoid doing business with any Huntington Bank at all cost. They are crooks plain and simple
