  I had $16,000 in my savings account. Somehow I made a mistake and went negative in my checking account. Dave from the Norwalk branch called me and asked if I would like to transfer money to cover the negative balance. Of course I said yes and thanked him. Little did I know that he ran the check through twice before the “courtesy call “ and charged me for both overdrafts!!!! I closed Both my accounts immediately and will never bank with them again. They are very unprofessional and didn’t even apologize or try to fix the situation.

  Took 2 people to do something I usually only have 1 person doing and took twice the time. They were not knowledgeable about their services and had me complete unnecessary tasks to finish my transaction. Other trubanks in this area have never been like this
