  Ms.Denise provided excellent service at the bank yesterday. While helping me with my transactions, I found her to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me during the entire process. Ms. Denise was well dressed, very professional, and greeted me with a warm personable smile. I had some questions about my account and she took the time to answer each and every one. She has helped me on past occasions with my transactions without any hesitations. I truly appreciate Tropical Financial Credit Union for having employed such a wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, professional, person as Ms.Denise. From a very grateful and satisfied customer.

  Sebastian is an awesome representative at the Miami branch. He makes banking with Tropical a pleasurable and easy experience. He’s very informative and he goes over and beyond to assist the customers.

  Keston was Very pleasant, helpful and professional . I was well pleased . I called to get assistance for one matter and he helped me with that and more . I am grateful to have met him and he checked to make sure everything was completed and I was satisfied . Then it gets better … I come into the branch and was helped by Alicia who again was pleasant , helpful and professional . In leaving I thought “ I have never left a bank feeling so good !” Positive vibes

  My experience with the staff from Tropical financial was amazing. From the friendly customer service to everything that I needed was awesome. Thanks to Maday as always for assisting me tremendously. I really appreciate everything.

  Hi I’ve been a member for approximately 15 plus years I received help from Alicia last week who was so helpful and phenomenal while assisting me and we laughed as she assist me and talked 🥰the customer service here is outstanding and to sum it up I came back today looking for Alicia but I believe she was out to lunch but I got a double dosage of helpful kindness phenomenal service from keston you guys ROCK I appreciate you all here thanks for assisting me with my banking 🙏🥰 And I may add I cannot forget about Sebastian he always assist me as well he assisted me over the phone gave me Great customer service over the phone like he always do and when I come inside the branch as well.thank you all for the phenomenal customer service here at my branch 20395 NW. 2nd Ave.I appreciate you all thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

  I would just like to say Mr. Keston made my experience at TFCU very easy and enjoyable I didn't have to ask any questions because he told me everything I needed to know. He is very knowledgeable in his field and it seems to me that he really enjoys his job and helping others. Thanks again for all your help and expertise.

  I've NEVER been to any bank where I feel so welcomed and greeted with professional smiles in all my entire 40years of banking!!!! I love this place if your not banking with tropical financial in MIAMI GARDENS you are missing out!!!
