  It's a shame they have such a low rating I like the people that work at this location unfortunately demographics plays a key role in the administrators from Bank of America decision-making team on how they're going to treat each individual branch the people of this area should not have to settle

  very bad attention ... they say they close at 4 and arrived at 3:50 and they did not receive me

  Came in to the branch at 2:00 it is now 2:58 still waiting to be seen . I asked if there was only one person working was informed yes they are at lunch it in now 3 and hey are still at lunch don't they close at 4? Horrible timing .... finally got seen at 3:30 never again visiting this branch I recommend no one else does as well

  This has to be one of the worst branches of Bank of America ever. Not only do they cut drive through , but they only put two or three slow tellers at the windows. Service is terrible there. I'm never going back there again.

  This is one of the banks with the slowest tellers always have very long lines inside and outside not enough tellers, i just hate coming to this bank for business,or personal reasons all lines closed only 1 open outside and inside bank very poor service 3 month later same service Sim like they just don't care

  Super long line. Not enough tellers. Every employee is moving incredibly slow, and management clearly can't run this place efficiently or provide a decent customer experience.

  Extremely long waits and employees standing around doing nothing to help. Consistently the worst banking experience I've ever had.

  It was not what I was expecting... Rocky greeted me at the door with a handshake and asked if he could help, I asked for a large amount of clean 20's he told me to use the first teller who was fast and professional then I went to a loan officer Apryl with a inquiry about 2 Amazon audio book charges and she helped me take care of it right away and gave me a new temporary card until the replacement arrives in a week or so... I have a business account and frequent BOA all over Miami dade and broward counties and this branch is up with the best of them... Especially because Hurricane Matthew will be blowing thru tomorrow/Friday and everyone is in a panic... Remember that you can't believe everything you hear/read... This was my first time stepping foot in this location... Cheers Bobby

  Mr llias Aman is the assistant Vice President Financial center Manager of Bank of America He is certified Notary public that work at the Stirling road DAVIE Florida I went there to have him signed my vendor registration application he Refuse to sign and stamp my paperwork he Stated that It is a Certification Document ) that he didn’t see where on the document I much signed my name ( I Affirm) that where my Signature much being , and if you’re a certified Notary public you Much get yourself familiar with all the documents out there.

  Customer service sucks here. Manager can't do anything. All he do was sign people in. He wasnt in even there in the front waiting to sign people in and yet he expects us to do something about it. He dosen't try to fix and/or make it better.
