  I absolutely recommend using Tri-Mark for legal funding. I received excellent service & the process was quick. Tom was very helpful & provided me such great service from the time that I applied til I received my approved funding. Thank you Tom for being so helpful and giving such excellent customer service.   When it’s too good to be true it’s because it isn’t true. We discussed a great deal that I couldn’t resist but right before I signed the contract, luckily I read every bit of fine print and they had the audacity to change the rates and terms! Reporting to the BBB.

  100% FAKE REVIEW! FALSE ALLEGATIONS. FAKE CLAIM OF ENGAGEMENT. This review is deceptive content in the fact that nothing the reviewer said ever happened. FAKE ENGAGEMENT: This person called in, had a brief 30-second conversation with our representative and was informed his case didn’t qualify for funding consideration. He started swearing and using profanities so our representative hung up. MISREPRESENTATION: This person called back and we blocked his number. He then sent us several profanity-laced text messages and threatened he would post a negative review. 15 minutes later this review was fabricated and posted by a brand-new fake Google profile under a woman's name (actual caller was a male). For clarity, there was no “discussing a great deal” and no contract was ever sent because the entire interaction lasted less than 1 minute. Google Policy Violations: Fake Engagement: o The entire content of this review is a fabrication and is not based on a real experience. This person called in, got mad, started swearing and making threats and our representative hung up. That was the entire interaction. Misrepresentation: o False or misleading account of what happened. o Distorted information for the purpose of unduly impacting user decision-making.

  I highly recommend TriMark to everyone that can use their services! I came to them in a time if need,and not only did they come through for me and my family,but they came through once again when Covid struck. I wasn’t expecting it but it was a life saver!   TriMark helped me secure pre-settlement funding that I badly needed. My case is/was complicated and I needed an organization to help me find the right funding. Other organizations that I reached out to either did not return my calls, help me understand the process, let alone even try to find the right solution for me.   Awful experience. Website says non-compounding with 2X cap and lowest rates. Not one of things turned out to be true. Sky high interest which was compounded and right there in the contract said I would be more than 3X what I borrowed. And even worse was the sky high fees. One thig was true, the under the 3%, it was 2.99%, almost 36% per year compounded. What a crock! I ended up getting a much better deal elsewhere

  Mr. Davis, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. While we view all reviews as opportunities to improve, I checked over the last 365 days and we have neither received nor processed an application under the name "Jerome Davis". Be that as it may, for clarity, I feel it's important to point out what our website actually says, versus what your review claimed it says, because there is quite a big difference. Our home page clearly states: "Depending on the type of case (we fund over 350 different case types), we offer both non-compounding and compounding rates BELOW 3%, with caps as low as 2X so you’ll keep a LOT more of your money. We will match or beat any competitor's contract rate." So by your own admission, every detail of the quote you said you received fell entirely within those parameters and did not deviate from them...AT ALL. In other words, we delivered exactly what our website promised and your review simply verified that everything you said you were quoted conformed precisely to what our website advertised, so I'm not quite sure what the complaint is. I'm also not sure how or where to focus on improving when you complained that "Not one of [those] things turned out to be true", but then described an experience wherein you confirmed that every single "one of [those] things turned out to be true".   They have posted on their website that they are waving origination fees, and are approving 3500 for those affected by covid-19. Got Call today from golfin. Offering a offending amount and quoting origination fees. I don't recommend this company for anyone.

  Marcos, we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. I reviewed your case and discovered that your case involves minimal injuries. Our COVID-19 page, where you applied, clearly states that minimal injury cases are ineligible, but you ignored that and chose to apply anyway. Since your case did not qualify for the COVID-19 program, as a courtesy, we referred you to one of our funding partners to see if they could help you, which, as you said, they offered to do. All of our program eligibility requirements were clearly displayed on the webpage you visited, and we referred you to another funding company who offered to help you. I'm not sure how or why that is worthy of a negative review.
