  I have had nothing but a good experience every time I have dealt with a office.The office people are wonderful .I have been to the Roseburg office and moved to Eugene and have had no problems with the Eugene branch

  I'm blown away with this company! Not only did they help me get the loan when most bank said no because I'm young and don't have enough credit experience. But when the money never made it to my account, the staff here worked hard and fast to get the loan funded. There agents are always friendly and professional and helpful and explain everything out to you and will answer any and all your questions. Will definitely doing business with them in the future and just again blown away but this great company!

  Got back to me faster than I expected- within hours of application- and approved me for more than what I needed... I have good credit, but like a lot of early 20-somethings, I just don't have MUCH credit which was really putting the thumbscrews on me. Fast, helpful, clear, answered all my questions and didn't push me to pay for things I didn't need; really painless application process. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience from beginning to end, and I'd absolutely go back if I ever need another loan.

  $300+ FLAT RATE FEE (origination fee) on every loan $200+ TO PAY IN FULL (even though they say no penalty to pay in full) %30+ interest rates on 24-60 month terms = paying out over double your principle Nice loan sharks, but still loan sharks... They should only be used when out of options for a self disciplined repayment plan, otherwise... If your not careful on their standard payment plans you will almost certainly pay more than your loan amount in interest alone. Even with a solid plan to pay back quickly, please keep in mind...

  They were fast and easy when my boyfriend got a loan from them so I figured I would try to get a loan as well. I'm sorry I ever wasted my time. They have TERRIBLE customer service. I had waited three weeks to get a response. Even after calling and going into the office every week. They were extremely unhelpful and pretty much ignored me because I didnt have a perfect credit score. Never again will I go there nor will I ever refer anybody there. Awful service. I would give them a zero if I could.

  DO NOT EVER GO THRU THIS COMPANY. OR TRUST THEIR SINCERITY. I only wish I would have understood the numbers better that they were very evasive about. Getting a loan from them was possibly the biggest mistake I've made in my life and I'm 49. I got a 9,700.00ish type loan. I have been paying them each month for over a year 336.00. My loan is still over 9100.00 I owe. I pay 336.00 each month they apply 267.00 towards their interest and 70 towards principal. They are legal thieves. DO NOT GO THRU THIS COMPANY. HUGE RIP OFF..

  I have used Springleaf several times and am happy with the results. My own credit rating is not that good and yet they worked with me so that I could secure a loan for unexpected medical and other expenses. Of course the interest rates are high, but these folks have to make a living and I have no complaints. I will use them again if the need arises. I totally disagree with the previous negative review.
