  Call and speak to someone first instead of entering your information into their online system. According to Stacey it automatically runs your credit report without considering any other circumstance that would disqualify you for the loan. Despite stating that I would not be working remotely nor had I secured a job in Florida yet (we are a months out from moving) it ran my credit report and then Stacey informed me of why I did not qualify. My credit score was unnecessarily reduced as a result.

  Stacy was incredible! She positioned us ready to close well ahead of schedule, with no surprises at closing. Her rates and lender credits were far better than any national chain or local lender in Peachtree city GA. We have refinanced once prior and this is our second home purchase with Stacy.
