  Tricia Turner and her team are a TOP NOTCH group of professional realtor partners. They are just that, they partner with you as a buyer or a seller and guide you along the way. Tricia found our dream home for us in Richmond, TX and then 5 years later she sold it for us in unbelievable record time when we moved back home to Arizona. I would whole heartedly recommend her to any friend, family member or acquaintance. The team is professional and aggressive and yet caring and compassionate in what can be a very stressful time.   Like many of you, I obtain comparable sales of properties for verifying assessed values of my property by the county appraisal district. I contacted multiple agents for such a list...Tricia was the only one to respond.   My wife and I had the pleasure of Tricia Turner's service, when we purchased our home. I have never been through that process before, but feel confident that we were not easy clients. Our budget was low and we had very high expectations. Tricia patiently selected and showed us countless houses. So many were not to our liking. Finally, we found a great house in our budget. Our offer was accepted, it passed inspection. We were very excited. Bam! Bad news. H.O.A. had a lien on the house that we could not overturn. Back to square one. In true Tricia fashion, she remained confident and excited to find our home. Such a wonderful, fun, competent mentor and realtor. I will cut to the chase now.
