  We love BVSCU! We are new members and never having had any experience with a Credit Union, we have been blown away with this one. The staff are friendly and make you feel like you are important to them and are not just another person. We refinanced two car loans with great rates and have NEVER had a process go so smoothly, not to mention how helpful our loan officer, Gloria was. We could go on and on but suffice it to say, we are very happy members and recommend BVSCU to anyone considering moving from a bank to a credit union. You will NOT be disappointed!

  I have been a member of BVSCU since the seventies. ALL of my experiences have been positive. The Fulshear branch is my favorite. The manager, Stacy, has created a work environment where it is extremely obvious that her staff LOVES their job! I always go into the credit union for my banking needs. Cy, Lara and Christy ALWAYS greet me with a beautiful smile and are extraordinarily patient with all requests! They deserve an infinite number of stars! You

  I have been a BVSCU member for many years and have always had excellent customer service every time I have had to complete any transactions at any branch location. I recently got an auto loan and worked with Deena. She was absolutely amazing to work with and was very knowledgeable. She provided EXCELLENT customer service, was very responsive and got my loan processed and approved very quickly. She also advised me on how the process of purchasing a new vehicle goes and offered me pointers for dealing with the car sales personnel, as well as provided information to assist with my auto search. This is my first loan I've ever taken out and the process went so smoothly. I will definitely be using BVSCU for years to come and highly recommend them for all of your financial needs.
