      Sent back statements and then silence, no follow up or response. I had to follow up to get a response in which case I was told, a certain amount needed to be in bank. This information and requirement should have been disclosed prior to sending the bank statements. Please, I just ask that you let customers know what to expect and be upfront about the process.       Submitted an application , received a confirmation email then silence. No follow up, nothing. When I finally got through to a rep by phone (7 days later) he said the application was 'rejected' for not enough monthly revenue. Terrible customer service - do not recommend
