  I got told multiple answers by multiple people and two different managers about a return. Bought a playstation yesterday was told we have a thirty day exchange. Turns out the very next day with one employee from yesterday and a new manager they dont do returns. I feel bull***ed. Josh helped me out tremendously. Even though I didn't receive my money back

  I've been doing business with them since they opened. I've bought many guns, TV's and many different types of electronics. I personally haven't had any problems with anything and they give awesome prices. I love the sale associates.

  Most of the staff are great. The store is always clean and the items that are on display are usually quality stuff. They are a tad pricey but will try to work with you if any wiggle room. All and all it's a satisfactory visit from my experience.

  It would have been nice if they would have told me "NO RETURNS" before I payed for it. Now I have a 40$ rod and reel that's junk. It was all taped up so I didn't take it apart and look but they guy told me it worked fine. Maybe I should return it through ur big glass window. Fking criminals

  Have been shopping here for years (TV's, Gun's, and much more). But here recently gun prices have been raised to New gun prices. And I found my stolen gun here, so it leads me to believe they take in stolen products. I would be cautious about buying here, I know I will in the future. Young male manager got snotty when I told him that it was a stolen gun. I did have to buy my own gun back and had to pay only 9 dollars less than when it was new, way over priced.

  This is the Best Pawnshop In town, They will work with you if you need time or want to make a purchase. Very Honest employees and they seem to have a large selection Not many Pawnshops will work woth you on prices like Tri-State will... I recommend This store to anyone looking to Find unique Jewelry for a Low price...

  Attempted to pawn cordless drill, battery and carry case. Lady reviewed and took unit to back of store for other person to look at. Moments later she returned saying they were only accepting NEW tools as they had surplus of tools already. At no point did the lady ask how much I was looking for or anything like that. To me this was bad business.

  Pay attention to their return policy on the junk they sell at an incredible markup. If you get it home and find something wrong with it, you’re stuck. I now have a $650 yard ornament.
