  Horrible experience. I was pre-approved. They done a hard pull on my credit and I ended up getting offered a 10 % which is higher than what I'm financed with already. & they won't help me dispute. DO NOT GO WITH THEM FOR ANY FINANCING! I got approved with another company with a 4.3 %

  I want to say that Star USA has been really good to me since becoming a member in July 2021. They helped me with an auto loan & I really do appreciate 🙏 it. Had trouble at first with logging into my account, but after calling them it's all good now. Thanks Star USA Federal Credit Union!!!

  Ever since the security update trying to log in to my account has been a literal nightmare! I'm sure I am not the only member to experience this! Each time I've had to change my password...there are only so many passwords.Other times I've had to call a number and speak to someone and then they change my password I've been a member for almost 20 years and have never seen such a nightmare as this. I've spoke with several C.S. folks and others and they all sympathize with me and tell me they are aware of the problem an not much else. Now I am locked out of my online account and need to get my balance. The bank hasn't opened it's doors yet for business and will not until 9 A.M.. So now I am at their mercy.

  Love my credit union. But if you aren’t open on Saturdays right now, could you please update your hours on your door or online? I was really disappointed to see you were closed this morning, and so were several other members who drove through. -Huntington Branch

  I’ve been with Star for almost 19 years. The service is second to none at every branch. Especially Teays Valley which is closest to me. They have never failed to resolve any issue. Either in person or on the phone. I recommend the mobile banking app also

  The staff here are very friendly and eager to help whenever it is needed. I feel very confident having them for my personal and business banking needs. I would highly recommend anyone to them and fully trust that they will receive the same professionalism that I do. Great job!!!!

  Very unfriendly, unprofessional at this particular branch, following the up most inconvenient one way entrance and exit onto one way traffic resulting to circling the same city block twice with multiple red lights. Very inconvenient. No wonder employees are salty.
