      Worst bank on the planet! They deposited my checks into someone else's account for about a month! A few thousand dollars worth of bounced checks and all they would do is put the money back into my account. They made me do all the running to each place i had a bad check. They would not pay the fees associated with the bad check either. They could never get my account straight from day one. My account was viewed as less than a year old account for 6-7 years. Bank president was an idiot.

      Terrible customer service. Still supposedly waiting on forms to be mailed to myself to purchase land that's connected to mine. Which I must say most mail takes 3 months to arrive to an address here close to Huntington, I assume this form is being delivered from china on a paddle boat.. I have tried many times with no success of my concerns to no avail, even the branch manager has failed to contact me when I have left messages with my concerns,,,, WARNING to anyone going to purchase land and need a loan do not use this bank

      Slow,slow,slow!Drive thru is the slowest ever!! Inside is no better. I have 1 hr lunch break and it's not enough time to cash my check and eat my lunch. It's like this every time. I tried to go after work instead of on my lunch break thinking maybe every one goes on their lunch break and that's why it's so slow.....nah same thing.

      22 days to get a lien release on a truck I've had paid for for 8 months! Traded my truck and dealership is calling saying I may have to pay them back for trade because they can't get a Lien release! I'm sick!!!
