Jackie Gonsalves1According to the Eagle City Mobile Home Estates Manager Kathie DiSalvi...there has been a breach of at least 17 rent checks dated and cashed into the Eagle City Account from 2014. These checks were already cashed in 2014 from each resident and then again cashed causing many residence to have their accounts overdrawn, transactions declined and having to close their in good standing accounts. Per my personal conversation with Ms. DiSalvi...she is blaming this on Tri Counties Bank.
