  We have been trying to buy a home for the last 6 months. We are down to the last pieces and one of the CSR yesterday was horrible. She didn't resist telling me "We have told you before, we can't help you anymore." She was very rude. If it wasn't for this open loan, I would have ended my membership at this bank yesterday. I will be canceling my involvement with this bank as soon as this is over. Don't even consider this bank if you want a bank to be helpful when you are "buying a house"

  I've been banking here at this branch for 3+ years. I've been with tri counties 10+ years. This branch is RUDE. I NEVER leave here feeling good about my business and for how often i frequent they still dont recognize me. no matter what, even if i hand them a deposit slip they still ask me if i bank with them... it is frustrating. i sent my wife to the drive through to deposit a check for me and she came home telling me to close the account because of how rudely they treated her. Terrible customer service!!! Bank elsewhere!!!
