  Apparently they don’t care to retain any existing customers. The manager Levi was unhelpful and I was frankly horrified at how few answers he could provide. The only person who seemed to care at all was the teller Lexi. This experience is driving me to switch to a bank that can actually provide a reason for their policy which Chase is clearly unwilling to do. It’s also worth mentioning their “help” line put me on hold for an hour and a half just to hang up on me so clearly they have no desire to help their customers.

  Rude. Walked in around 10:00am Thursday morning. Waited in line, talked to a teller told her I would like to open an account she asked if I had an appointment I said no I did not. She said that the only person that could already had enough appointments and could not help me. So I told her ok I'll find another bank in which deposit my money. Sooooo rude they just don't care oh and did I mention I'm local!

  On entering the branch to speak with a banker I was told none were available because they were in the back calling existing customers. Then the story immediately changed to that they were in a meeting. But the person went to the back to "check" if someone could help me. She came back and said nobody was available. Then she asked what I wanted. I told her I would like to open an account and she suddenly said she would go check again if I ordered her to. I said I shouldn't have to give her orders and was told that I was rude and didn't understand small towns or how they operate. Chase is a great bank. The managers at this branch are in over their heads and unfit bosses. I left and opened the account online on my phone. My mistake thinking people actually go to the branch.

  Went to open account at 4:15 in the afternoon and they said they had to make an appointment because they didn't have time to open an account when they close at 6 p.m. not my bank
