      Very poor follow up, been a customer for 32 years. I will be canceling my accounts. Had obvious fraudulent charges an they still charged overdraft fees. I would never recommend opening up an account here.

      Love this branch. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. At my last visit, Vibha, was knowledgeable about services available. Vibha provided me with information that I was not aware of, resulting in better banking services for my needs. I am very pleased with her ability to be professionally friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

      Meenah and Mackensie and all the staff r the best lost my wallet took care of all the cancellations very professional, articulate and knowledgeable and then forwarded me info when it came available when my wallet was found. By far the only place to do your banking just like family they always have my back. Thank you again to everyone at Tri City

      The drive thru is always fast, efficient and most of all, friendly. The entire staff makes me feel welcome by using my name. Vibha and the rest of the group do a great job!!!!!

      Every time I go to this branch everyone is personally plesent. Professional and efficient. They take an extra effort to remember you and put a personal care into your care that I don't feel at other banks. I highly recommend both 108th st locations.
