  Messed up multiple attempts at a wire transfer... A WIRE TRANSFER. Banks have been doing these for how long? And apparently they can't train their staff on how to do anything... She wrote in the wrong information and would never call us back to give us confirmation or anything. Cost us a transaction and money on our part let alone the 5 HOURS WE SPENT TRYING TO HELP THEM DO THEIR JOB! Go to UW Credit union. 100 times better service and people.

  Misplaced my debit card today, for a bank that claims people are worth more here, they insisted I must pay the 6$ fee for a card, even though they get 60$ interested a month from me. Bad for business.

  Lacking good customer service. Managers have no sense of urgency when it comes to the customer. Waited 30 minutes in line to be told a manager had to complete the notary I needed, then watched her sit in her office for 10 minutes before she called me in. It was already 10 minutes past their closing time.

  Ms. Pimienta (8300 W. Layton Ave) = EXCELLENT customer service skills. She listened intently to my situation in a compassionate manner and solved my problem. I left feeling good and relieved knowing SOMEbody actually cares. Thank you SO MUCH, Ms. P ... you made me feel like a person.

  80% of the time I go here I sit in line for a 1/2 hour. The last time I was there I sat there for over an hour. I couldn't even leave because I was in the drive thru and stuck in between cars. Once I finally got up to the Banker, She took my information and walked away for 15 minutes. Came back and told me she couldn't do what I was asking her to do. All I was trying to do was deposit a check that was it. For whatever reason they couldn't do it at that time. I have also gone there multiple times and they will say their computers are down. Whatever that means.

  Customer service horrible, got there @ 1:25 for 1:30 meeting to open business account watched her sit in her office until 1:50 never came out to greet us and tell us anything finally came out we told her we just about ready to leave all she said was sorry tried calling next day about some questions only got auto voice choice s very confusing decided to go elsewhere

  Deposited my PAYROLL CHECK, and Landmark Credit Union put a 5 DAY HOLD on my money, until after the Holiday Weekend!!! Horrible customer service is also NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! Refused to let me speak with a Supervisor.

  It’s no wonder your branch has such a terrible rating!! I was on hold for 25 minutes to try to ask a question…never did get anyone to answer. The recording said there was a 1 minute wait.

  Doesn’t even answer the phone . Card is locked and they leave me on hold for an entire hr. Never picked up . Showed up and they still unlock my card with my money on it. Super annoying cuz

  This Credit Union are bunch of Thieves legally they will steal your money if you have a car loan with them go somewhere else
